The whole vehicle adopts Dongfeng Tianjin Sino-Japanese joint venture DFL1160BX5 luxury chassis, Cummins 180 horsepower EuroIV engine, Dongfeng 6-speed gearbox, front axle 4.5T, rear axle 9T, 9.00-20 nylon tires, original air conditioner.

Modification instructions

1. Manual/automatic control of spraying volume and working width, each nozzle can be controlled separately, and row-type nozzles can be combined freely, so as to realize arbitrary adjustment of spraying width. Spreading control can be carried out in the cab or rear platform. The automatic control system can measure the vehicle speed and automatically calculate the rotation speed of the asphalt pump according to the input spraying amount, spraying width and asphalt type, and then automatically adjust the number of asphalt pumps through the system. .The vehicle-mounted rapid heating system (10-15℃/h) can improve the heating efficiency and reduce the auxiliary time of construction to ensure the spreading temperature. The nozzle flushing system can blow the remaining bitumen from the nozzle through diesel fuel and high-pressure air to prevent the bitumen from freezing on the nozzle and improve the service life of the nozzle. Detailed description

The key parts of the whole vehicle (hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, asphalt pump, proportional valve, automatic control system) adopt the best inter Euro ly renowned components to effectively extend the service life;
